CANCELLATION POLICY

Things happen and if you need to cancel your appointment please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Please text or call me. 

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel after the 24 hour mark, it will result in a full charge of your service cost. (Void of gift card/Credit card will be charged.) 

LATE POLICY

If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, there is a very high possibility that I will either have to skip parts of your service or will not have time to complete your service. If you do not contact me or no-show, you will be charged for your full service. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. 

PAYMENT POLICY + DETAILS

To prevent no-shows, Serenity Esthetics requires a credit card deposit of $10 on all service appointments (any service marked $10 will require a deposit of $5). Once your service has concluded, you can pay the remaining amount with either form of payment, American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and cash or checks.

If you are under 18 years of age, you will need a parent/guardian with you.

If you are not satisfied with your service or products, please contact me within 24 hours after your appointment so that the situation may be corrected. It is Serenity Esthetics’ policy to provide you with the best professional service and products customized for your skin condition.
